Avocado Egg Bake

Ingredients 1 ripe avocado 2 eggs salt & pepper to taste
Directions Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop out some of the flesh to make the hole large enough to hold an egg. Crack one egg into each avocado half. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until eggs are set.
