Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls


Prep Time 10 Minutes


Ingredients 1 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER (NO SUGAR ADDED) 1/3 C PURE MAPLE SYRUP 1/3 C COCONUT FLOUR ¼ C UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

Directions ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO LARGE MIXING BOWL AND MIX UNTIL WELL INCORPORATED. SCOOP AND DROP PEANUT BUTTER BALLS ONTO A PREPARED BAKING SHEET, SPACING EVENLY APART. TRANSFER TO FREEZER AND CHILL 20-30 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND ROLL INTO BALLS.

Notes GREAT LITTLE TREAT WHEN YOU NEED A CHOCOLATE FIX! STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1-3 WEEKS. MAY ALSO STORE IN FREEZER FOR 1-2 MONTHS.
