Pumpkin Balls

Prep Time 10 Minutes + 3 hours to freeze

Cooking Time none

Ingredients 3 Cups dry uncooked oatmeal 15 oz. pure pumpkin puree 1/2 C natural peanut butter 1/2 C pure maple syrup or honey 1 TBSP Coconut oil, melted 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 TBSP flax meal 1 C pumpkin seeds 1/2 C mini chocolate chips

Directions Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined pan. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
